We have a 100 day return policy. Since we are selling swim trunks, we do follow a few rules: the product must be returned unused and in the original packaging, including labels. The shipping costs for returning are for your account. Do you want a different size or a different style? Then we will send it to you free of charge. Send an e-mail to info@narwal.shop with your order number and name. We will provide you further instructions.

Orders placed before 15:00 will be shipped the same day. For the Netherlands and Belgium, parcels are often delivered the next day. For most European countries it is 2-5 days and for America it is 5-6 days. At the moment the package is registered with our carrier, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking code, so keep an eye on it. Still haven't received your package? We have two types of swimming trunks in our collection. One collection is made of recycled plastic bottles and the other one is made of a mixture of coconut shells, polyester and spandex. We always strive for the most sustainable solution, so we keep innovating on materials. In addition, we use as little packaging as possible and again, we only use recycled materials. All materials are certified by independent bodies.
